Research Interests

My primary interest is in designing and evaluating teaching systems. We work in the areas of contingency-managed learning, critical thinking and program-solving skills, scientific thinking, on-the-job training (OJT), and computer-based instruction.

Service and Professional Interests

Service interests include overseeing written comprehensive exams, organizing and implementing student ratings of instructors and classes, and co-director of the department’s multicultural scholars program.
